难浮煤泥二次浮选工艺研究与应用

Research and application of secondary flotation process based on hard-to-float fine coal

摘要: 为解决难浮煤泥浮选时精煤灰分高,尾煤灰分低的问题,分别进行浮选入料粒度组成,密度组成和分步释放实验,分析粒度组成、密度组成对浮选的影响和煤泥的可浮性。煤泥浮选实验结果表明:一次浮选的精煤灰分高,产率低,尾煤灰分低,很难满足生产要求,需采用二次浮选工艺。在入料性质相近的条件下,灰分为10.50%时,二次选比一次选精煤产率提高3.37%,尾煤灰分增加2.50%,浮选完善指标提高3.38%。工业生产表明:精煤灰分相近条件下,二次浮选比一次浮选的精煤产率、尾煤灰分和浮选完善指标分别提高了5.78%,3.20%和4.93%。

Abstract: Due to the fact that it is difficult for hard-to-float fine coal to obtain qualified products in the flotation process, such as high clean coal ash content, low tail coal content. The particle size, the density composition and the coal flotation test progressive release were experimented in lab, analyzed the influence of flotation process and the floatability. Flotation process and flotation condition were researched by flotation tests, the result showed that the first flotation is hard to satisfy the demand of user, due to the high ash and low yield of the clean coal, low ash of the tail coal, so the secondary flotation process must be taken to get the qualified products. According to the secondary flotation. Under the conditions of similar feed and 10% of the clean coal ash, the result of secondary flotation process which included the yield of clean coal , the ash of tail and the faultless Index of flotation exceed the first flotation process,3.37%, 2.50% and 3.38%, respectively. The industrial application results, under the same concentrate ash and the same feed, showed that the result of secondary flotation process which include the yield of clean coal , the ash of tail and the faultless Index of flotation exceed the first flotation process,5.78%, 3.20% and 4.93%, respectively.
